End of Summer Student Showcase

It was the vision of Albert Maysles to bring documentary film and contribute to the Harlem community.
In that spirit, last Friday we celebrated the end of the hot summer months with a showcase of both of our 8-week intensive youth filmmaking workshops. The participants worked so hard during July and August to finish these unique films on time. Thanks again to DA Alvin Bragg's Office and their Gun Violence Prevention Initiative for providing funding to support the program to ensure stipends go to each of the participants and for providing the theme that we explored in our work and art installation entitled Radical Visions of Safety.
