Earn money while you learn filmmaking and complete your film! This summer we are thrilled to offer not one, but two, film education programs for young people! Applicants aged 13-18 can apply to Teen DocMakers and those 18-24 years old are invited to apply for Vanguard DocMakers. Both programs meet for 8 sessions once a week from the beginning of July to the last week in August. Meals and a stipend for attendance and completion of the program are provided in partnership with District Attorney Alvin Bragg's Office and Gun Violence Prevention Initiative. Residents of Harlem, Washington Heights and NYCHA are strongly encouraged to apply. Deadline to submit the application is Friday, June 20. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance to the program by Friday, June 27.
